HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When we ship an order our automatic system will send you an email. In the email there will be a "Unifaun" tracking number provided. Please press the number to open the Unifaun tracking page. On the tracking page there will be information about the package and at the bottom of the page the shippers tracking number(s) will be available. Press the tracking number(s) to see where the package is currently located.
CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER?
Sadly we can't add items to an order. If you'd like to order more items please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible so we can assist you. We’ll make every effort to help you with your request in time. However, keep in mind that we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and can’t cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER!
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible during our operating hours (08:00 AM - 04:00 PM CEST (Central European Standard Time)). We’ll make every effort to help you with your request in time. However, keep in mind that we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and can’t cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
I WAS SENT THE WRONG ITEM
We do everything possible to assure that you get your correct items as quickly as possible but we're all humans and an error can happen. If you received the wrong item please contact email@example.com as soon as possible and we'll make sure to take care of the issue and get you the correct item as soon as possible.
