HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

When we receive your returned order we make sure that the product(s) is in good condition and make sure that the correct item(s) was returned. When the return has been approved we start the refund process. The refund could take a few business days to be completed depending on the payment method. A return is usually completed and refunded within 9 business days of us receiving the return.

When a return is initiated and accepted through our self-service portal, a return label will also be supplied (Free for USA & Sweden, other countries will be deducted $15/£15/Є15/150kr of the refund for the shipping label), which you can use to send the return back to us.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To make a return please follow these steps:

1. Follow the steps of our return portal found here
2. Make sure the returned item(s) are securely wrapped. The package is your responsibility until it is received by us.
3. Stick the supplied shipping label onto the package you are returning.
4. Ship it.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

To exchange one or more items from your order please follow the following steps:

1. Place a new order for the items you want to get.
2. Return the original items ordered using the return instructions that came with the order. If you did not get the instructions please contact us so that we can assist you.
3. Wait for your refund. Once we receive the items it usually takes between  2-9 business days for the refund to be made.
